The FCI includes: two adult average price tickets; two child average price tickets; four small soft drinks; two small beers; four hot dogs; two programs; parking; and two adult-size caps. -------------------- 2003-04 Sports Fan Gouger of the Year (based on the 2003 MLB and NFL seasons, and 2003-04 NBA and NHL seasons): Jeffrey Lurie, owner of the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles, whose cost of attending a game increased by 26.4% over last season (38.6% for the avg. ticket) according to Team Marketing Report's Fan Cost Index. ----- Dishonorable mention: Charles Wang and Sanjay Kumar, owners of the NHL's New York Islanders, whose cost of attending a game increased by 25.1% over last season (38.3% for the avg. ticket) according to Team Marketing Report's Fan Cost Index.
